Winners will receive a Tour of ARC STUDIOS, up to 4 hour session shooting their vehicle with up to 3 virtual locations, 10 bts photos, 5 edited stills and (1) :15 video of the shoot for sharing on socials.

Official Rules for Bulls and Bagels Event Photoshoot Giveaway

  1. Eligibility: The Bulls and Bagels Event Photoshoot Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to all attendees of the Bulls and Bagels event ("Event") who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must be authorized to enter the vehicle to win. 

  2. Entry Period: The entry period for the Giveaway begins at the commencement of the Bulls and Bagels Event and ends at the designated conclusion time of the Event ("Entry Period").

  3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, attendees must submit their contact information and a photograph of their car at the designated entry booth or online portal provided by the event organizers during the Entry Period. Only one entry per vehicle is permitted.

  4. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Gear Seven, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Gear Seven reserves the right to disqualify any entry based on their own judgment without cause. Gear Seven reserves the right to disqualify any entry that they deem to be incomplete, illegible, tampered with, or submitted by ineligible individuals. Gear Seven also reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

  5. Prize: The prize for the Giveaway consists of a professional photoshoot of the winner's car, to be conducted at a date and location determined by Gear Seven. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Gear Seven. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Gear Seven. The prize is non-transferable.

  6. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the Entry Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

  7. Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Gear Seven and its subsidiaries to use their names, photographs, and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  8. Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt of any prize.

  9. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Bulls and Bagels Event is held, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

  10. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to Gear Seven's Privacy Policy.

  11. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Bulls and Bagels Event Photoshoot Giveaway is Gear Seven Creative, LLC. , 11 Willow Street, Nashville, TN 37210.

  12. Winner's List: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Gear Seven Creative, LLC. , 11 Willow Street, Nashville, TN 37210. within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the Entry Period.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the event organizers, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
